Before the idea of the centre emerged, we thoroughly checked the localisation potential and expectations of our future customers. Research conducted by GFK Polonia, in particular optimistic data, showing that the market has not yet been saturated with competitors, confirmed the assets of the southern part of Katowice. The research results have also shown that modern customers desire something different than only shopping. They want different area management as well as different time management.
These days, doing one’s shopping in a stylish manner becomes even more important than what one can actually buy. This, in turn, means that there are new challenges for any developer. Those, who meet the expectations, may offer their tenants quite a new set of opportunities.
We believe that Libero Katowice is a centre of the south, a new spot on the City map and a new experience.
