The 23rd edition of the International Retail Property Market Fair, held in Cannes on the Côte d’Azur, has attracted developers, representatives of retail chains, investors and representatives of cities and regions from all around the world.
MAPIC is 3 days of meetings, dozens of conferences and discussion panels and thousands upon thousands of conversations that will bring about future cooperation. This key event in the retail industry could not be without Libero.
„This year’s MAPIC – just like last year – was a great opportunity for us to promote, show and discuss Libero with the representatives of predominantly retailers and investors. Cannes afford us with a less formal atmosphere compared with the other somewhat more conservative industry events. In many cases this translates into a more direct, open and better atmosphere for discussion. One of the conclusions from our meetings, is that thanks to the hard work of the entire project team, we have managed to utilise the last few months to consolidate the leading position of Libero. A well-thought-out concept adapted from one aspect to local conditions, but on the other, following global trends, translates into a commercially-viable commercialization process.” – comments Tomasz Domoń.
Only within the last month the group of tenants at Libero, has increased by seven new brands. Amongst them are: Puma, Pizza Hut, Pandora and Deichmann. The commercialization of the Katowice complex has already exceeded 80%.
