Echo Investment has signed a letter of intent with MK Bowling that provides for the launch of a 10-lane bowling alley in Galeria Libero in Katowice.
The 10-lane bowling alley will operate in Libero, occupying a floor area of 1,400 sqm. The facility under the MK Bowling name will also accommodate a fine restaurant and a cosy pub with billiard tables and a dance floor.
“When designing Libero we assumed that it would be an investment that meets the current needs of the inhabitants of Silesia. MK Bowling is not just a comfortable and modern bowling alley, but also an entertainment and cultural facility, suitable for parties, concerts or events. This concept excellently corresponds with our assumption to make sport, recreation and entertainment distinguishing marks of Libero.” – says Karolina Prędota-Krystek, senior leasing manager at the Shopping Centre Department of Echo Investment.
MK Bowling is the largest network of bowling alleys in Poland. The facilities offer 17,000 sqm of pure entertainment and are located in 10 Polish cities: Szczecin, Koszalin, Słupsk, Karlino, Gdańsk, Poznań, Radom, Kielce, Suwałki and Zgorzelec. In all locations MK Bowling operates entertainment centres with bowling alleys, billiard tables, pubs and restaurants. MK Bowling hosts parties for kids, business meetings, as well as musical and sports events.
“MK Bowling clubs have always been one of the best and largest entertainment facilities in town. The offer of MK Bowling is directed to a wide range of customers that enjoy having a good time with their friends. In Galeria Libero we will create the most modern bowling alley in the region with a very attractive schedule of events.” – says Tomasz Stanisławski owner of MK Bowling.
