Park Avenue Apartments is a prestigious project being developed at the intersection of Czarodziejska and Tyniecka Streets in Kraków. The project consists of seven three-storey buildings. 5 to 11 luxury apartments are designed in each of these buildings, with the area of 70 to 200 sqm. Park Avenue Apartments is Echo Investment’s response to the needs of the people of Kraków who are seeking luxury apartments at attractive locations. The real estate developer’s main assumption for execution of this project is to offer top standard apartments set in an exclusive environment. Residents of Park Avenue Apartments will have the opportunity to view the surroundings from spacious terraces (25 to 150 sqm in size), while owners of ground floor apartments will have access to gardens sized 70 to 110 sqm. They will also be able to enjoy a cozy fitness area and the private space of Dębnicki Park, with a playground for children. 24h reception desk will take care of the extra comfort.

Osiedle Jaśminowe is being built at Karpia and Sielawy Streets in Poznań. It is a group of 14 cozy multi-family buildings with internal circulation routes, playgrounds and leisure locations. All buildings will be fitted with quiet, modern lifts. The estate will be fully accessible for the disabled. The five-floor buildings will offer 375 apartments, 28 to 89 square meters in size, with the option of merging two apartments into one. Each apartment will have at least one balcony, loggia or terrace. Cozy gardens are planned for apartments on the ground floor.

Nowy Mokotów housing estate is emerging at Konstruktorska Street, in the part of Mokotów which is the largest office district of Warsaw. Stage I of the project, completed in 2014, consists of 6 buildings of various heights (5 to 9 floors), linked with a three-storey base. The entire housing estate was designed as an autonomous urban unit, with an internal traffic system, enclosed space fostering community integration, green areas and public function premises, such as a kindergarten, healthcare center, shops and services. The entire project is a closed quarter with an inner green yard, enclosed from four sides. The project is complemented with carefully planned plants, hardscape and lighting.
